A compact apartment interior designed as a concept project located in the center of Rezekne. The goal was to create a functional and visually balanced space that contains all daily living needs within only 12 square meters. The apartment includes a small entrance area, a living/sleeping zone with a transformable double bed, a work and dining corner, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate bathroom.

The design concept “Big City in a Small Apartment” is based on the identity of Rezekne city - combining its history, landscape, and sense of belonging. The chosen industrial style reflects the city’s architectural character through brick texture panels, decorative microcement, matte metal details, linen and lace textiles. The interior combines local cultural motifs with modern functionality, creating a cozy and personal atmosphere for short-term renters or students.
