Pavilion “Rainbow Road”
International Competition Project - Light of Tomorrow by VELUX

Rainbow Road is a conceptual pavilion project developed as part of the international competition “Light of Tomorrow by VELUX,” which focuses on the role of daylight in architecture and its impact on human well-being.

The main concept of the project is to use daylight as the primary element shaping the space. Sunlight, filtered through a colored glass roof structure, creates dynamic patterns of color on the ground that change throughout the day, forming a unique and evolving spatial experience.

The pavilion functions as a resting and transitional space within a public environment, encouraging calmness, mindful perception, and a connection with nature. The project explores how architecture, through simple yet expressive design solutions, can positively influence human emotions and overall well-being.
